Glenn holds a diploma in Real Estate Studies and is the Director of Saverys Realty Ltd MREINZ

Glenn is an Accredited Property Manager and he owns and operates Saverys North-West Rentals which provides a full Property Management Service. It operates from Shop 9B, Royal Heights Shopping Centre, Royal Road, Massey.

Glenn started his Real Estate career with Harveys Real Estate in 1990. In 1997 he set up a Property Management Branch in the Royal Heights Shopping Centre and in 2001 he formed his own business called Saverys Realty Limited in liaison with his brother David Savery.

David Savery has 13 years experience selling commercial, residential
Investment and Business related Real Estate. David was a senior
Broker for the largest Real Estate Company in New Zealand for 11 years
Leaving mid 2003 to establish his own Real Estate business with his brother Glen offering a very professional and competitive service.

David recently sold a 2.5 ha retail development site in Waimauku and is working currently on leasing down the tenant mix in the development.
In the past 6 months he has sold 15 million dollars worth of investment property under the umbrella of his own company.
